What is your opinion? MVMCP

We are planning to go Dec 12-19th. My DH has to put in for his vaca May 29th. However, he will not be told for sure until the first of Dec if his vaca request is granted. (If anyone with seniority wants those same days off, they get it and DH doesn't. So my ? is: We are planning on attending MVMCP. I dont know if I should purchase the tickets now so we for sure can get in, in case they are sold out. But if we don't end up getting to go, we have wasted the money. Or should I wait until we know for sure if we can go, then try to buy them. I will be so upset if they are sold out! But thankful I haven't spent 6 months wondering if I wasted money. What would you do? :confused:Thanks so much!!!
