Trying to plan an adult mom/daughter weekend. Need help

I want to take my mom on a weekend trip for the flower and garden expo @ Epcot next spring. I'll be on a tight budget considering the trips in Sept. and Dec. with Scarlett. I'm thinking POP and for Friday-Sunday. The agent on the phone tried to get me to book Beach Club since "my mom has done sooooo much for me and she deserves it" but I quickly declined. If we go before the middle of April (hoping for the first weekend), my AP will still be valid and I'll only have to get the room, 3 day pass for my mom and the dining plan. Right now I am feeling kinda cheap for going all value resort on my mom but the money I would spend @ a deluxe or even moderate doesn't make sense to me. I am going to put a poem in her birthday card and it needs some tweeking but this is what I have so far...... We hear the Philadelphia Flower Show is #1 But why not go where the is sun and fun? Pack your bags and save the date We need to leave early and not be late So then I'll put the finalized dates in and all the info. I'm thinking about getting an invitation made up for her. Any ideas from anyone else???
