Going in november?

I have booked and payed for a 7 night trip. We arrive on the 4th and leave on the 11th. How bad are the croweds? we are planning to break the day up in three hour intervels so the kids won't get too cranky(we will be eating with charicters for almost all the meals). Will we be able to see most of the parks we don't plan on riding big kid or adult rides since the oldest is going to be 6 and he is on the small side. We do plan on staying to closing.
