| I've had 7 (!!!) emails with 6 different Orbitz customer service people over the last 5 days, and yet didn't get a clear answer on a quite simple question :o , so I hope one of you guys could help me? For off, I try to see the fare class before making the purchase...HOW can i? that was the question I explained more in detail each time, and seems like their people didn't understand. I mentioned that the different economy / biz / first fare classes are important for miles etc..... no way they'd (want to?) get it. Anyway, is there any way to see the fare class one's itinerary will be booked in BEFORE making the deal? I can't seem to figure it out :( 2ndly, They told me I can easily book flights originating in Austria, however the billing address needs to be German, Italian, etc.... one of the countries in the dropdown list of them. Austria is missing. If they charge my credit card I'll get it on that bill anyway, why would they need a different one? Can I actually book through Orbitz as Austrian resident??? None of the other sites has the particular fare / routing combo I want, so it'd be quite important to me. Thanks VM for your help!!! :) INNflt |
