 HH Gold Card ??? Earlier this year via a CO/HH promo I attained HH Gold. When I originally signed up for the promo, I recieved my 'general HH Card'.. I'm now at actual 16 stays for the year, and get Gold benefits when I check in, as well as see I am listed as Gold on the website, but no card. I've requested it a number of times, but nothing. Do they only send out cards at the beginning of the year? I threw away the general card, assuming I'd get a Gold, but so far nothing:confused:  |
