Tower Concierge Rooms at CR

Hi I am a bit confused about the views from the Tower Concierge Rooms at the contemporary. It says they offer views of the Magic Kingdom® Park and parking area, or Bay Lake. Can you request MK view or is it just luck of the draw or can you see MK from both???. I have never stayed at CR before so I need some help.TIA!
