Exec Rental @ MSP

First did a midsize rental for a total of $68 for 2 day period, then reserved a luxury for a total of $80 for 2 day period. Being new Exec can I reserve full, premium and then select luxury once at MSP? I guess I've never really understood how it all works, I've always just picked whatever was available at EA.
