| OK, I thought I was going crazy (well, I may already know that!) but today I was comparing: Award Rules (Australia): http://www.unitedairlines.com.au/cor...rds/saver.html .... to Award Rules (US): http://www.united.com/page/article/0...e=RelatedLinks And wouldn't you know, they're different!! e.g. Australia: Changes during travel: Not permitted. Involuntary re-routing permitted on Star Alliance carriers only. US: Changes during travel: Permitted for United segments that were booked as E-Tickets. Subject to applicable fees. Involuntary re-routing permitted on Star Alliance carriers only. So does anyone know why there's a difference and who is right? |
