Quality of Buy on Board

On the 5 YYZ-YVR flights in the last 2 weeks I've been on that have been in Y all sandwiches I've bought have been either frozen or had soggy bread (especially the roast beef) anyone else had this problem?

I recently wrote to AC to shape up and they assured me they are working on improving the offerings etc etc. They also sent 3500 miles. which I figured was decent compensation for about $50 worth of sandwiches. (valuing at $0.03/mile)
