 Anyone know how DCL rates work? I know the sooner the better works for pricing, but at what point does it start to increase? Is 18 months in advance the best time? I want to book my next trip while on board because I heard they offer a discount, is it worth while, since you can always change date, and transfer to another agent? Speaking of which, HOW do you "transfer" to another agent? Has anyone done this?? :eek:  |
