Urgent!Post from China 2 spore and bank transfer

Hello peeps!This is urgent!I create a new trend cause i only found those trends like mail from China to US and all but not for Singapore.So i was wondering what is the cheapest and better way to mail my online shopping stuff to Singapore? What are their rates and charges? Like /kg is how much?And because i have a friend who lived in Shang Hai and the online stuff i wanna get is from China but he has a Singapore bank acct which i know he can withdraw it from there but if he deposit the money into a China Bank acct but the bank is actually for eg guang zhou.How much is the cost for inter bank transfer if the seller's bank is different from my friend's?
