gift card questions please

I am thinking of getting a gift cards but not sure how it all works. so here are my questions and I hope some one here can answer these. thanks much :) 1. I see I can buy them, but why would need to personalize them since there just for me to use?2. can I use these on carts for snacks and counter service? 3. can I use these in our motel to eat?4. where can I get these where I will not pay 10.00 to ship them? ( a good site to get a good deal)5. I do not want to carry all this cash on me, I thought if most of my money was on a gift card I could carry it in my lanyard along with my park passes, does anyone else do this?6. How does one get disney dollars ? And before anyone asks me to just go down to my local disney store I have none in the state I live in, and no where to get cards or disney dollars...... no place here sells the cards, and I hate this! so many people say they got theres at safeway, or target.. we have no target stores close and ourt stores here do not carry the cards.OYE what a pain in the butt.How do you all get yours, and your disney dollars?? thanks much
