Course Outline for Tsinghua / Beida

Does anyone have a soft copy of a one semester long Chinese language program say for intermediate level (preferably) in Tsinghua AND Beida.I need it for my university as they won't allow me to go and study in China until I provide them with a document that includes>>>"All students:Must provide detailed unit of study outlines for assessment. Digestsfrom university web sites are not acceptable. A unit of study outlinemust contain the following information to be assessed by the Faculty:Contact hoursAssessment methodsTopics coveredLearning outcomesLecture & Tutorial programmeRecommended text and reference booksCredit point value of unit at external institution"As much of that as possible.
