Help with Uni

Hello everybody I really need some help!I'm moving to Beijing in a few months.I'm 23 and I've already graduated but I would like to take a second Bachelor degree in China.Would like to study business.Could you suggest me a good University where to study and where I can apply for the spring semester?Do you think it's a good idea to take a Bachelor or should I study something else?
